Video round-up: The Promised Land (Season 2)! David! The Solomon Saga! House of David!

First up, The Promised Land creator Mitch Hudson and his team hosted a watch party on Wednesday—basically a live commentary on the show’s Season 1 finale—and at the very end, they announced that Season 2 has been greenlit, and they are already in Morocco, getting ready to make it. You can watch the video here:
And yes, they said Morocco. Not Utah. That’s a big change.
Second, we have yet another new clip from Angel Studios’ animated David movie. This one’s called ‘Victory Song’, but this time the song is kind of in the background, and the main focus is the dialogue between David and the people in the crowd:

Most of the tracks on that album have already been released as movie clips on YouTube. The ones that haven’t are ‘Shalom’, the reprises of ‘I Will Not Be Afraid’ and ‘Follow the Light’, ‘Psalm 8’, and ‘The Shepherd King (David Score Suite)’.
The film comes to theatres December 19.
Third, the producers of The Solomon Saga have announced that their proof-of-concept short film—starring Luke Dimyan (The Chosen’s Judas) as Solomon, Erick Avari (The Chosen’s Nicodemus) as David, and Chloe Avakian as Avishag/Devorah—will be released on YouTube next month, on December 6:
As reported earlier, the filmmakers hope to shoot an entire series next year.
And finally, we have a new clip from House of David Season 2 Episode 7, which starts streaming on Prime Video’s Wonder Project channel in the US this Sunday. In this clip, via ComicBookMovie.com, Abner expresses his concerns to Saul, and he seems to quote Jesus centuries in advance (cf Mark 8:36, Matthew 16:26, Luke 9:25):
