Box office: Dinosaurs rule the planet once again
Jurassic World: Rebirth had a five-day opening on par with the three-and-a-half-day openings of the last two Jurassic World movies.

A few of this week’s highlights:
Jurassic World: Rebirth—the first of the seven Jurassic movies that doesn’t feature any actors from the original Jurassic Park—had a five-day opening on par with the three-and-a-half day openings of the last two Jurassic World movies.
F1 is now the top-grossing Apple movie both domestically and worldwide, and it is also the top-grossing live-action race-car movie worldwide.
How to Train Your Dragon has now outgrossed all three of the animated How to Train Your Dragons in North America (but only one of them overseas).
Elio, which already had the lowest first and second weekends of any theatrical Pixar film, now has the lowest third weekend, as well.
Lilo & Stitch is now the top-grossing live-action film of the year worldwide.
This Is Spinal Tap, which got a specialty re-release for its 41st anniversary, cracked the top ten for the first time in its history.
